BORC and the others are the cannon fodder, BORC inherits deactivated users bases, so it is a good thing to hunt and hit its bases

Also, there is a protection system reagarding BORC bases, if your level is above 20, you cannot occupy BORC bases that have Economy under the double of your level value. So if your level is 30, BORC bases economy under 60 are safe from you
