Alpha 0.1 released

Thats right, first version out!! Full of fun, full of bugs

Now you can: use the map, see 2 galaxies, regions, systems, astros and build up to 3 free bases

with each base you can construct structures and production for free (no credits yet)

no fleet moviment yet !  Structures page has problems with queue, requirements, etc.

by tomorrow I espect to fix the struct stuff, then I will start the fleet moviment
